The site
By using thewaterwagon.com you agree to these terms. The site describes The Water Wagon’s mobile water-station rental for Alberta events and lets you request a quote, send a note, or ask about a listed event. It is information and a contact channel — not a live checkout, not a binding booking by itself.
Quotes and bookings
Sending a form is a request, not a contract. Availability, station size, branding, delivery, and price are confirmed only when we reply in writing (email is fine). Until then, nothing is reserved — no ice under the bridge yet.
Events catalog
The 2027 events list shows gatherings we are ready and willing to supply. Listing an event does not mean we are hired, endorsed by the organizer, or speaking for that event. Organizer contact details from planning sheets are not published here on purpose.
Content and marks
Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to The Water Wagon or our licensors. You may share links to public pages. Please do not scrape, mirror, or reuse the materials as if they were free refill for another commercial site without permission.
Accuracy and plastic-free ambition
We aim to keep copy accurate, including estimates about bottles avoided. Those figures are illustrative arithmetic unless we say otherwise — useful for planning, not a lab certificate. Service details can change with the season and the site.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Water Wagon is not liable for losses from using or relying on this website alone (including downtime, form delivery delays, or decisions based only on marketing copy). Real bookings are governed by the written quote or agreement we send you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Alberta unless we agree otherwise in writing.
