How a booking works

You tell us the day. We bring the water.

A short conversation, a delivery, and a station that leaves when you do.

Four steps

You do not buy the equipment, store it through winter, or staff a bottle tent. We deliver a station, guests drink, and we haul it away.

  1. 01

    Tell us the event

Date, place, headcount, and whether you want a name on the station.

  2. 02

    We deliver and set up

The station arrives self-contained. No electrician, and no generator unless you already wanted one for something else.

  3. 03

    Guests drink

Cold filtered water, into a cup or a bottle they already own.

  4. 04

    We haul it away

You do not store it, winterize it, or return it. Pickup is part of the booking.

Before you book

Do the stations need electricity?

No. They are self-contained. Setup does not depend on a generator or a nearby plug.

What if the site has no drinking-water hookup?

We bring water. Say so when you request a quote. A hookup is simpler when the site has one, and we will tell you which we recommend.

What do you need from us?

The date, the site, a rough headcount, and a person who will be there. If you want branding, send the name and any artwork. We take the booking from there.

How does branding work?

Your event, company, or sponsor name is applied to the station for that booking. We set the type and placement. You approve it before we print.

Book a station

Tell us the date and the crowd

We will match a station to the day and confirm whether we hook up on site or bring the water. Serving Alberta-wide: Edmonton Capital Region, Calgary metro, Kananaskis, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and nearby hubs.
