A better way to hand someone a drink of water

Alberta summers run long and dry. Festivals, rodeos, tournaments, and community days still meet that with flats of single-use bottles: warm by afternoon, piled up by evening, and expensive to haul away.

A WaterWagon station pours cold, filtered drinking water where people already are. The unit is also a billboard for your event or sponsor. Guests use a cup or a bottle they brought. When the day ends, the station leaves with us.

We book Alberta-wide: Edmonton Capital Region, Calgary metro, Kananaskis, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and nearby hubs. Send the date, the site, and a rough headcount.

What shows up

Self-contained, branded, and cold

Self-contained

Each station carries what it needs to pour. There is no power cord to find and no generator to hire. If the site has a drinking-water hookup, we use it. If it does not, we bring the water.

Your name on the side

The station can wear the event, the host, or a sponsor. We set the type and placement, and you see it before anything is printed.

Filtered and cold

People come back to a station that stays cold. Filtered drinking water, on tap, for the whole booking.

Who books us

Built for the days Alberta actually runs

Music festivals

High-flow taps for dense crowds, with room for the festival or a title sponsor on the side.

Agricultural fairs and rodeos

Trailer access for fairgrounds and outdoor rings where bottle tents turn into trash piles.

Athletic and sporting events

Cold water on the course, pitch, or finish line without a skid of warm bottles.

Community gatherings

Street festivals, corporate days, and large outdoor celebrations sized to the headcount.

An estimate, not a case study

Fewer bottles means less trash to haul

Figure a 5,000-person festival day. If each guest would have taken two single-use bottles, that is about 10,000 bottles that do not need to be bought, chilled, handed out, sorted, and hauled off. The station can also carry your brand while it works.

10,000

Bottles a 5,000-person day can skip, at two bottles a person. This is arithmetic, not a measured WaterWagon result.
