We keep your details in the clean stream
Short version: we use what you send so we can reply. We do not sell it downriver.

What this site is
thewaterwagon.com is a static marketing site for The Water Wagon — mobile refill stations for Alberta events. Cold water in; single-use plastic out of the picture.
What we collect
When you use the quote, contact, or event-request forms, you may send your name, email, phone, event details, and any notes you add. That is how we know who to call back and what day you need water on site.
We also receive basic technical request data that any web host sees (for example IP address and user agent) so the site can be served and protected. We do not run a separate advertising tracker on this site.
Who handles form submissions
Form posts go to OverUnity Forms (portal.overunity.ca), which processes the message and delivers it to us. Treat OverUnity as our form processor for those requests. Do not put secrets, payment card numbers, or other people’s sensitive data in the notes field — this is a booking inquiry, not a vault.
How we use it
We use your details to answer availability and quote questions, plan a station for your event, and keep ordinary business records of those conversations. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pour it into a marketing ocean of unrelated lists.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records as long as we need them to finish the conversation, honour a booking, or meet basic legal and accounting needs — then we let them evaporate from active use.
Your choices
Use the contact form on this site to ask what we hold about a request you sent, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we reasonably can. If a booking is in progress we may need to keep what the job still requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page. The date at the top is the high-water mark.
